Ingredients
- 1 lb 93% lean ground turkey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons low-sodium Worcestershire sauce
- 1 beaten egg
- ¼ cup whole-wheat breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup of grated zucchini
- 1 tablespoon milk or almond milk
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix the ground turkey, seasonings, and milk.
- Divide into 4 sections and then form into patties.
- Heat grill to medium-high heat and spray it with cooking spray.
- When the grill is hot, place the patties on the grill and cook for 5 minutes on each side. The internal temperature should be 165 degrees when cooked completely and there should be no pink visible in the center of the patties.
