About the webinar:
Health care organizations today continue to face numerous challenges across the industry, from the economic downturn to reduced staff and the continued rise in health care costs. To mitigate these challenges, health insurance providers and care providers have an opportunity to partner with health technology vendors to reimagine how cost-effective and high-quality care can be delivered. When these health technology programs are used in combination with the patient's care team, it allows for optimal care and for all of those involved to do better.
Join us to hear about how Desert Oasis Healthcare (DOHC) piloted Lark Health's Artificial-Intelligence (AI)-powered Heart Health program to engage their patients in a new way to prevent heart disease. DOHC will share their experience in leveraging digital health solutions and how these learnings are part of their overall vision of changing health care delivery and enabling successful value-based risk arrangements.
Additionally, insights will be shared surrounding their partnership: Why they decided to work together, their processes, challenges and the opportunities ahead for patient engagement with digital health. We'll shed light on the benefits that provider organizations and payers can have by forming relationships with digital care companies, and how your organization can benefit from finding the right digital care partner.
Viewers will learn about:
- Why DOHC and Lark Health were motivated to collaborate
- Lark’s AI-powered chronic condition programs and the intended benefits for health insurance providers, care providers, and patients
- Lark's ability to work with all stakeholders to deliver value — helping members and patients reach their maximum potential
- Successfully collaborating to improve operations and patient outcomes
