Instructions:
- In a sturdy glass, container, or pitcher, muddle (crush) the mint leaves with the lime juice and stevia until the leaves are lightly crushed and release their aroma.
- Pour the sparkling water over the mint-lime mixture and stir gently.
- Fill two tall clear glasses with ice and pour the mocktail over the ice.
- Add a few mint leaves and a lime slice to each glass for garnish if desired.
