The team behind our success

Lark is powered by a diverse group of teammates who truly want to make a difference in people’s lives. Our cross-disciplinary teams include clinicians, behavioral scientists, developers, and business leaders who work hand-in-hand to tackle problems and innovate.

Our diversity of experience translates into a workplace that is both challenging and inspiring. And while we no longer all commute to the same location every day (half our employees now live outside of California), we’re closer than ever. Having made a commitment to remain remote-first (with an option to work in our Mountain View, CA office), we’re finding creative new ways to foster teamwork and develop relationships—both online and in person.

Shoutouts and Celebrations

We’re not shy about shining a light and celebrating our people. One way we do this is by highlighting a “Larker of the Day” — a fun show-and-tell during our daily morning scrum to learn more about our teammates. It's an opportunity for us to regain the human element of the workplace that we all love and miss about working in an office environment everyday.

You may get a glimpse at photos of someone's family, see their star wars figurines lined up on a shelf, or even watch a Cameo of someone introducing them (Larkers get pretty creative). No matter the content, it helps us realize how much we have in common, leading us to reach out more often to connect. This is Kris, he lives in Colorado and loves to ski. When he was Larker of the day, we heard stories about his time working in Antarctica.
